I’m back at home for the summer, my semester ended about a week ago. I’m waiting to hear from a company concerning the job I would like. While I have the time I decided I should post about a project I have been working on all semester long! The Rexburg Business Expo was Tuesday April 11th of 2013. I was able to assist the Rexburg Area Chamber of Commerce in producing the Business Expo as well as four other students. I was able to participate in the planning process of the Business Expo through my Events Management class, this was a great opportunity because planning real and valuable events is what I would like to do with my future. Capturing Life through Images

I have always had a love for photography! I have never been camera-shy, even from a young age I was asking for people to take pictures of me. Since I was about 9 years old I  started to enjoy not only being in pictures but taking pictures as well. My mom trusted me with her camera because she enjoyed the perspective I was able to find. I took a photography class in High School, I learned more about how to work with my little point and shoot camera to mimic some of those effects that SLR cameras can capture. For my Communications 100 Class we are looking over several websites and evaluating what these websites can help us with in our Future Careers. QR codes are images that can be scanned through a smart phone to have you to a direct link. We are living in a generation where having a smart phone is common.
